Class Schedule





Members are allowed to attend any of the classes below on an Unlimited Basis!!! All classes are co-ed and do not require reservations. Regardless of the core content, each class will be a full body workout and each is one hour in duration (except 30 Minute Sweat!) Rep Reebok is an intructor-led Group Strength Training Class using barbells and dumbells... Reb Reebok is a critical foundation to your fitness plan.

Mainly our class schedule will be driven by member demand. If huge demand exists, then we will add classes!
