When I joined The Boxing Gym, I weighed 180 lbs and wore a size 14/16 and would get winded just taking laundry up and down the basement stairs. The trainers I met at The Boxing Gym helped me to push myself, and at the end of my first 2 weeks I had lost 5 lbs.

At that point, one of the personal trainers took me aside to discuss my diet… I knew I had terrible eating habits, but didn’t really know how to fix it. On the advice the trainer, I changed my eating routine, kept a diet log, and continued to attend the cardio classes frequently. I've noticed that as my fitness level improves, the class instructors adjust accordingly and find new ways to challenge me which really keeps things interesting.

Four weeks later, I weighed and measured to check my progress. I was amazed to find that my total weight loss was 23 lbs and I had lost 8.5 inches around my hips and waist!!! I've lost 3 more lbs since then.

I am excited to report that I am only 5 lbs away from what I weighed before I had my first child...ten years ago. Joining the Boxing Gym has changed my life. I look better and most importantly, I feel better. I can't say thank you enough to all of the trainers for their help and encouragement, I couldn't have done it without you all! Oh, I forgot to mention, I just bought a new pair of jeans...Size 7 :-)

Before I started personal training with The Boxing Gym I weighed 132 lbs and wanted to improve my strength and gain muscle. My goal was to lose 7 lbs. After nearly 11 weeks I now weigh about 118 lbs. I have lost 14 lbs in 11 weeks! I have gained muscle while losing 7 inches of fat from my waist! My arms, thighs, and calves are now showing lean, feminine muscle definition!

My strength and energy are also improving each week and I'm lifting heavier weights as I progress. Family and friends that haven't seen me in weeks can't believe how much leaner and slimmer I look now. I'm really glad that I have started personal training with The Boxing Gym. I still have a little more body fat to lose, but I can already tell that a visible six-pack is right around the corner!

I have SO MANY people ask me what diet I was doing to lose all that weight. They just don't understand that I'm not on a diet... It’s been a total lifestyle change. I would recommend The Boxing Gym Personal Training to anyone! I feel exceptional, and I am in the best shape of my life!
